Last updated: August 2026Data controller: Riserify Ltd

This policy explains what information Riserify collects, why we use it, where it may be stored and the rights available to individuals whose information we process.

01

Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Riserify Ltd collects, uses and protects personal information through this website, contact forms, scheduling flows and commercial conversations.

Riserify Ltd is registered in England and Wales and acts as the data controller for the information described in this policy unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

02

Information we collect

We may collect your name, work email, company website or domain, company name, sales team size, typical contract value, growth objective and any notes you choose to submit.

The contact flow may save partial responses as you move through the form. This helps us understand serious enquiries even if a visitor leaves before completing every step.

We may also collect technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, referral source, landing page, UTM parameters, pages viewed and analytics events.

03

Where information comes from

Information may come directly from you, from your organisation, from scheduling tools, from email or call correspondence, from website analytics and from referral or campaign tracking parameters.

Where we work with clients or assess a buyer market, we may also review lawful business information from public company websites, professional profiles, company databases, referrals and other business sources relevant to the commercial purpose.

04

How we use information

We use information to respond to enquiries, qualify whether Riserify may be a good fit, schedule calls, prepare for discussions, provide services, manage client relationships, maintain records and improve the website.

We may use partial contact-form data to follow up where there is enough business context to identify a relevant enquiry.

We may use technical and analytics information to understand website performance, attribution, security and conversion behaviour.

05

Systems and processors

Contact-form submissions and partial lead records may be stored in Supabase. When configured, lead events may also be sent through n8n and Slack so the Riserify team can review and respond to enquiries.

Scheduling may be handled through Calendly. Analytics and tag management may be handled through Google Tag Manager and related analytics tools.

We may also use cloud hosting, email, security, analytics, CRM, automation and professional-service providers where needed to operate the website or deliver services.

06

Lawful bases

Depending on the context, we may process personal information because it is necessary to take steps before entering into a contract, to perform a contract, to comply with legal obligations, because you have given consent or because we have a legitimate interest.

Our legitimate interests include responding to business enquiries, assessing commercial fit, operating and improving the website, protecting our systems and developing Riserify's services.

07

Sharing and transfers

We may share information with service providers, contractors and professional advisers where required for website operations, scheduling, analytics, CRM, automation, communications, security, accounting or legal support.

Some providers may process information outside the United Kingdom or European Economic Area. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as contractual protections or recognised adequacy mechanisms.

08

Cookies and tracking

This website may use cookies, local storage and similar technologies for analytics, attribution, form-session continuity, security and scheduling functionality.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Some website features may not work as intended if cookies or local storage are disabled.

09

Retention and security

We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected, including enquiry management, client records, legal, tax, accounting, security and operational requirements.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information. No website, transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

10

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal information, withdraw consent or request data portability.

You may also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office in the United Kingdom or another relevant supervisory authority.

11
